Inner Glo Reiki

Gloria Ierardi is a Reiki Master, trained at Healing Inspirations in Liverpool, NY. Reiki is an energy healing technique that began in Japan. Among other benefits, it has been known to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and reduce anxiety. This technique is also called “laying hands” because typically the Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch to allow energy to flow from their hands to the client. If preferred, Reiki can be performed without touch, where the hands are placed close to the body. Clients often fall asleep during a session because they become so relaxed. A Reiki session can be extended, at the time of booking, to allow further relaxation and sleep.

Gloria is also a Martha Beck Certified Life Coach and created and taught a multi-week mindfulness course at the Skaneateles Community Center. She developed her business “Inner Glo” to promote wellness and self-care. She became interested in Reiki to enhance her knowledge, and share with others, the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirt. Gloria lives in Skaneateles with her husband, Tom, where they raised their two children.
