In order to provide the best care we can for our patients, our providers do not participate with any insurance or directly accept Medicare. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, credit card, HSA's and FSA's and are due at the time of service.
Upon request, we can provide receipts for patients to submit directly to their insurance company for reimbursement. Our office is not responsible for any communication with insurance companies.
